Sangaranarayanane & Co, is a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Puducherry (Pondicherry), India and registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr.Sangaranarayanane has been in practise since 1984 and started the firm in the year 2011. Our firm has been established on strong professional standards and operates with a mission to achieve excellence in the profession of accountancy and audit. Our Firm is headed by four Chartered Accountants, supported by a skilled and well-equipped team of professional personnel and supplemented by a state-of-the-art office infrastructure and technology.

Qualification: He graduated his B.Com Degree from Tagore Arts College, Pondicherry with a Gold medal. After his graduation he took up the Chartered Accountant Course with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984. He has been in practice since then. Simultaneously he also graduated as a Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India (ICWA). His post CA qualification includes Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI.
Experience: He was the co-founder and senior partner of Modi Sangaranarayanane & Co, Chartered Accountants. He was associated with the firm till 2011 when the firm was dissolved. Since then he is a full time senior-most partner of this firm – Sangaranarayanane & Co, Chartered Accountants, founded in 2011. He has more than 30 years of practice and experience in the field of accountancy, audit, internal control systems, taxation, financial systems. He was the senior Partner in-Charge of all the major internal and statutory audit assignments of Public Sector Units, Government Companies, Banks, Insurance Companies, Multi-National Companies, Foreign Subsidiaries, Non-Government Organizations executed by his first firm. He also frequently represented clients before various statutory authorities and appeals.

Qualification: He scored 200/200 in three subjects – Accountancy, Commerce and Computer Science in the Higher Secondary Examination. He graduated his B.Com Degree from Tagore Arts College, Pondicherry with a Gold medal. After his graduation he took up the Chartered Accountant Course with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009. He has been in practice since then. He secured the All India Rank 26th Rank in the ICAI PE-II (equivalent to the current IPCE) examination.
Experience: He was a partner of Modi Sangaranarayanane & Co, Chartered Accountants. He was associated with the firm till 2011 when the firm was dissolved. Since then he is a full time partner of this firm – Sangaranarayanane & Co, Chartered Accountants, founded in 2011. He has experience as Senior Audit Manager leading many audit teams in wide range of Internal and Statutory Audit engagements of a multitude category of clients like Foreign-Aided Non-Government Organisations, Private Concerns, Manufacturing Enterprises, Government Companies, and Banks.
